Free Consultation
Having a therapist that is the right fit for you matters. Research shows that a strong, trusting relationship between you and your therapist is an important part of effective therapy. Finding that right match can feel stressful, which is why I offer free initial consultations.
These are no-pressure, 15-minute casual conversations, not a clinical assessment or treatment. It’s an opportunity for us to connect, discuss what you are looking for in a therapist, your hopes for therapy, and decide if my approach aligns with what you need.
Values Forward Care
Private, ethical, secure. The privacy and security of your therapy and health information is a top priority.

Informed by a scientific understanding of how the brain and body work to provide holistic, practical, and evidence-based care.
